Registration in the Official Register of Public Procurement Contractors 3168752The Official Register of Public Procurement Contractors is governed by Articles 337 to 345 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts. Business owners can register their personal and legal details, authorisations and qualifications, solvency, and business classification, as outlined in Article 339 of the Law. Their certificates are valid for all public sector contracting entities.
