  • For in-person service, the Ministry's offices, both central and territorial, in accordance with the competences defined in the regulations governing ministerial organisation, without prejudice to access through the registers regulated in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.   • Ministry Registries:

    General Registry of the Ministry. Calle Alcalá, 9. 28071 Madrid

  • Other Registries: to access other registries, use the registry office search engine of the General Access Point.

  • Registry of applications, letters and documents addressed to the Ministry:

    They may be submitted to any of the Ministry's Registries and its attached Agencies and Bodies, both in Central Services and Peripheral Services, by ordinary or certified mail and in person. They may also be submitted to any body of the General State Administration and the Administration of the Autonomous Communities and Local Entities (which have signed collaboration agreements for the "one-stop shop").
