The personal data requested in the electronic procedures and services of this Central E-Office are treated confidentially in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation); and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December 2018 on the Protection Of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

The electronic office of this Ministry uses Google Analytics with the sole and exclusive purpose of creating statistical reports. Google analytics uses the JavaScript library: gtag.js, which uses two cookies for the purpose of distinguishing between different users, as well as individual sessions with a single user.

Google Analytics 4 does not record nor store IP addresses. It removes the IP addresses it collects from EU users before recording them on domains and servers in the EU. IP address data are used solely to obtain geolocation data and are immediately deleted. They are not recorded, they cannot be accessed and are not used for any other purpose. In case their installation is accepted, the term of permanence of these cookies is 3 months.
