The Under-secretariat of Finance is responsible for the management and administration of human resources and internal services relating to buildings, material resources, internal and general registries, internal communications networks and information systems for the Ministry's common services.

Among the services provided to the general public, the Sub-Secretariat is responsible for conducting the examinations for government employment in the civil service corps attached to this Ministry, and for the posts that must be staffed with new permanent employees.

It is also responsible for the announcement and resolution of the competitive examinations for filling posts attached to this Ministry.

Finally, in relation to the properties leased by this Ministry, it is the organisation responsible for handling income payment requests, as well as other related expenses.
