Carry out electronically through the RESYDA application. Submissions must be completed within the first quarter of the calendar year.
Remember
- RESYDA allows financial institutions to communicate the list of securities, balances and other moveable properties deposited therein and classified as abandoned according to Ministerial Order EHA 3291/2008, of 7 November.
- This communication is made by completing the relevant form for each type of asset classified as abandoned, with the possibility of providing said data from an external file in XML format. Provided below are the links to the different formats for the exchange of files.
- It is necessary to sign the form electronically before proceeding to the electronic registry. The form is uploaded to the Electronic Registry of the Ministry of Finance.
- To electronically sign the form, you must use a recognised digital certificate and have the Self-Signature application installed, which can be downloaded at: https://firmaelectronica.gob.es/Home/Descargas.html
- Once registered, RESYDA will show the corresponding acknowledgement of receipt which may be saved as a PDF file and/or printed.

Not subject to administrative appeal. For Agreements dictated before 2 October 2016, an appeal must be lodged via the civil judicial process addressed to the Minister of Finance (Sub-Directorate General for Appeals, Complaints and Matters concerning the Administration of Justice). The term will depend on the nature of the purpose of the claim or the action.

For agreements approved after 2 October 2016 only a claim before the relevant body of the civil jurisdiction can be filed. The term will be established according to the nature of the purpose of the claim or the action.
