Appeal:

• Cuando el valor estimado del contrato basado sea superior a 100.000 euros se pondrá interponer potestativamente recurso especial en materia de contratación en el registro del órgano de contratación o en el del Tribunal Administrativo Central de Recursos Contractuales, en el plazo de quince días hábiles desde la notificación de la resolución.

• Cuando el valor estimado del contrato sea igual o inferior a 100.000 euros podrá interponerse recurso de reposición ante la Dirección General de Racionalización y Centralización de la Contratación, en el plazo de un mes desde la notificación de la resolución.

• Recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente al de la notificación.
