More information on time frames: The deadline for the decision notice will be three months in cases involving procedures that do not specify a maximum decision deadline. The decision notice period will begin from the date the application is registered in the electronic register of the Consortium of the City of Toledo.

Resolving agency:

  • According to procedure, in accordance with the competences established in the Statutes of the Consortium of the City of Toledo (approved by Resolution of 20 December 2018, BOE of 24 December 2018, amended by Resolution of 7 February 2023, BOE of 16 February 2023)

Appeal:

  • Administrative appeal before the competent authority, within two months from the day following the notification of the act.

  • Optional appeal for reconsideration before the issuing body, within one month from the day following its notification.
