For permanent staff selection processes: This is the competency of the Director General of the Civil Service. 1 month after the end of the term for submission of applications, the Order approving the provisional list of those admitted to and excluded from the process is published in the BOE.

For civil service staff selection processes: This is the competency of the Sub-Secretariat of the Department. 1 month after the end of the term for submission of applications, the Resolution approving the provisional list of those admitted to and excluded from the process is published in the BOE.

For selection processes for permanent staff, a discretionary appeal for reversal may be lodged before the decision-making authority within a period of two months from publication or a contentious-administrative appeal may be lodged before the Contentious-Appeals Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Madrid, within a period of two months from publication.

For civil-service staff selection processes: The Resolution brings the administrative process, although discretionary appeal for reversal remains, which may be lodged before the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations within a period of one month from publication or a contentious-administrative appeal may be lodged, within a period of two months from publication, before the Central Appeals Court.
