Right to prior complaint to the Data Protection Officer of the Ministry of Finance.

Prior to submitting a claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the interested party may wish to address the Data Protection Officer of the entity in question (Section 37 of the LOPDyGDD). It should be noted that this prior claim is only applicable to the bodies of the Ministry of Finance and the consortiums of Toledo, Cuenca and Santiago de Compostela, excluding the Ministry's independent bodies.
