The following services are made available to citizens: Obtaining model 069 for the payment of certain income (currently only available for the reinstatement of advertising expenditure in the BOE). Certificate of being aware of payment of subsidy drawback. Consultation of models 069 issued in their name relating to non-tax debts, as well as the payment of such debts. Management of deferral or splitting of non-tax debts. Request for the refund of income made between 28 October and 26 December, of a non-tax or customs nature, by payment obligation affected by the damage caused by DANA between 28 October and 4 November 2024.

- DANA 2024: In order to facilitate the payment of non-tax or customs debts by persons affected by the Insulated Depression at High Levels (DANA) between 28 October and 4 November 2024, and in accordance with Technical Note 1/2024 of the Subdirectorate General for Territorial Coordination and Recovery Proceedings No. Persons domiciled on 28 October 2024 in any of the municipalities or areas thereof listed in the Annex to Royal Decree-Law 6/2024 of 5 November and persons for whom the economic consequences arising from the damage caused by DANA have resulted in loss of assets, reduction in the volume of their sales, significant increases in their production costs or interruptions in supply in the value chain, may benefit from these maximum time limits. Where debts do not exceed EUR 3,000,00, the latter circumstances shall be credited by a responsible statement attached to the application form. For senior debts, they shall be credited by supporting report.
